What we do
We provide educational consultancy: helping students choose courses and universities, prepare and submit applications, and navigate the steps of studying abroad — primarily in Germany.
What we are not
We are an education consultancy, not a law firm or a licensed immigration/legal advisor. We share general guidance and help you prepare documents, but official decisions on admissions, visas and residence permits rest entirely with the universities and government authorities concerned. For binding legal or immigration advice, consult a qualified professional or the official authority.
No guarantee of outcomes
We cannot and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your qualifications and on third parties outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and honest information and documents.
- Meet deadlines and respond to requests in good time.
- Do not ask us to misrepresent facts in any application — we will decline.
Fees
Our services are charged as a flat package fee that depends on your destination and study level. The fee is quoted in writing on or after the free first consultation and agreed before any work begins — no hidden add-ons. Invoices are payable as stated on the invoice. If you cancel before we begin work, nothing is owed; once work has begun, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. The first consultation is always free.
Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by universities or authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and disputes are subject to the competent courts at our place of business in Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
